There is a blog challenge on Scrapshare.com asking us to list one thing that makes us happy each day this week. Since my Gran was just diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer this week it has been a bit difficult to find the happy things but I know I must try.
Monday - The kids were all in school and I got the kitchen and living room CLEAN! Jeff even noticed!!!
Tuesday - One of the 1st grade girls gave me a note that said "I love the library. Thanks for helping us choose books. I love you." How can you not smile at that!
Wednesday - Seder supper at church! It is so moving to be a part of something that our Jewish ancestors lived.
Thursday - I scrapped 2 layouts and loved how they turned out.
Friday - I talked to Gran on the phone this morning. She is at peace and ready to go home (but not too soon) to Grandpa & Jesus. well...this is a smile with a few tears.
