I'm a slow crafter so this project has taken me a few weeks but with a little more organization I could have cranked this out in a few hours.
Supplies:
Maya Road Acrylic Flip Calendar with chipboard pages
1 page of patterned paper (I used Basic Grey Urban Couture)
Distress Tools
Stamps
Ink
Paint
Adhesive
I started by tracing my chipboard pages on my patterned papers. I then painted the edges of all the chipboard with Ranger Paint Daubers-Espresso. While that was drying I cut the paper to fit on the chipboard. I cut a bit inside my lines because I wanted the paint to show. I distresed the edges of the papers and then inked them with Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Vintage Photo (this is the only ink I used on the project). My Close To My Heart "Moments in Time" stamp set is one of my favorites! I stamped my 2010 calendars on the solid paper from the paper pack. I cut those out and distressed/inked the edges. I wanted a little space to write notes each month so I used a journal lined stamp to stamp on BG solid paper. LOVE my Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher and it was the perfect size staple to attach my tiny calendar pages!
Well, that's the way I scrap it!
